Located in Innisfil Ontario, Camisa Dez BJJ is dedicated to helping people realize their full potential through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training. Our experienced instructors focus on developing not only technical skills, but also essential life values such as discipline, respect, and perseverance.

Our Jiu Jitsu curriculum is in-depth and progressive, and open to all levels aged 4 and up. If you are interested in competing, then you have come to the right place, as we have an experienced and well-known competition team, led by our renowned Coach Alvaro Hanser.
THE MEANING BEHIND 'CAMISA DEZ'
In Brazil, every soccer team saves jersey number 10 for their best player, like Pele, Zico, Neymar, Raí, Ronaldinho, and many others. The direct translation for CAMISA DEZ is Jersey 10, but in Brazil we use the phrase "camisa dez" when you want to call someone the best of the best, not just in soccer but in everything else... it's our Brazilian way of saying you're the GOAT.
